Simon Watson was outstanding on both the purchase of a property and the sale of a property.

In 2015 Simon helped us find the perfect home meeting all of our specifications. Near Bart, good walk score and nearly new requiring almost no matenience.

In 2018 due to a relocation we sold the property and Simon was instrumental in achieving several offers over our asking price. This was accomplished through proper pricing as he really knows the market. During the sale we discovered a few minor issues and Simon managed the repairs and kept the sale going on schedule.
