Simon Watson and David Zabarte helped my family buy our first home last year. They were so wonderful to work with! We appreciated all of their patience while we asked many, many questions (sometimes the same ones over and over!).

They were incredibly fast - as soon as we would send a link for a house of interest, they were already in contact with the agent to get more info.

They were thorough - they looked into all of the details (the house, the neighborhood, the schools, etc) to make sure we had all of the information necessary in order to make such a big decision. All of their recommendations (from lenders to home inspectors) were incredibly professional and also great to work with. I truly believe they helped us find our dream home (which is even more apparent now that we have been stuck/safe at home in quarantine over the past few months!).

But if for any reason we ever need to sell or buy, we will absolutely be calling Simon and David :)L
