My husband and I were looking to purchase a home in the San Francisco Bay Area using a VA loan-- no small feat! And, although the lockdown made appraisal and even home inspection timelines unpredictable, with Simon's help and guidance, we were still able to close on our condo in less than 40 days.

It is difficult to articulate how much Simon did for us during such a short period of time, in the midst of a pandemic. But we can confidently say that, throughout the process, Simon had our best interests in mind and constantly puts his client's needs first.
